The Storms of God

1) Break into groups of 4 and designate one of the following passages of scripture to each group:
- Nahum 1-3
- Jonah 1-4
- Matthew 14:22-36
- Acts 27-28:10

2) Answer the following questions in your group:
- What is the 'storm' in each passage and what does it represent? 
- How was God working in the 'storm'? 
- How did God shape the individuals/groups involved in the 'storm'?
- What is the whirlwind and the storm you are going through or have gone through? 
- What is God trying to say to you in the whirlwind and storm? How is He growing, redirecting, shaping you in the middle of this storm? 

3) Gather the groups together and in two sentences share what is your storm and what is God trying to say to you in your storm.
