SOAR DISCUSSION GUIDE

Vision  – to build disciples who represents Jesus to everyone, everywhere with everything.

One of the key values in discipleship is hearing and obeying the Word. Therefore, it is important to have accountability to one another for our step of obedience from studying the Word. Spend the first part of your discussion asking – how did your step of obedience go from last time we met?

Break into three groups and allocate one passage to each group to discuss:

Read the Scripture. Reread it. Retell it in your own words to one another.

In your groups of three discuss:

– What do these passages tell us about Jesus?

– What do these passages tell us about people?

– What did you like about this passage?

– What did you not like about this passage?

– Is there a truth that God wants you to obey?

– What will you do to obey this? I will…

During this week, is there a preChristian friend / family member that you can share this truth with?
